Pension Charlois, located at the Zuidhoek in Rotterdam, offers
All-Inclusive rooms. The guesthouse is located in the cosy and lively district of Oud Charlois.
The rooms are ideal for certain groups, for a longer or shorter stay. You do not have to worry about home related aspects and meal preparation. They are part of the agreement that we reach with you.

The cosy and small-scale pension has seven private rooms and a number of common areas.
On the 1st floor you will find the common living room and kitchen. On this floor there are two private rooms and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, there are a common bathroom, three private rooms and a second separate toilet.
And finally, the 3rd floor where there are two private rooms.
The rooms have recently been completely renovated and are offered with upholstery. If desired, we can also deliver them furnished.

What does an All-Inclusive room mean for you?

• In addition to dispose of your private room, you share the above-mentioned common areas with the other tenants.
• Each private room is equipped with internet and a television connection.
• The costs for gas, water and electricity are included.
• Meal preparation. Breakfast and dinner are provided.
• Cleaning of the common areas.
• You can use the common washing machine.

Public transport is well organized, and you are in no time in the centre of Rotterdam.
Mayor highways are also in close proximity.
