What do we from you?
We want to provide the best possible service. To be able to decide if you are suitbale for one of our properties, we need some personal information and have some conditions:
- Your gross income must be at least equal to 3 times the rent
- We request an employer’s statement, income information, employment contracts and bank statements
- Registration with the municipality at the address of your rented property is required
- You must live in the house yourself
